You see boxers, with the straps around their heads with weights at the bottom. Well if you don't have access to those, whe other ways are there to strengthen your neck and thicken it??
my coach has us lie on our backs and keep our feet elevated about 6 inches in the air and we'll move our necks from side to side patterns or up and down to strengthen our necks.
first one would be look left right left
second would be look right left right
then up down up
then ear to shoulder left right left
so on and so on

Back in the early 1990s Thats what a judo blackbelt showed us at our amateur boxing gym...he used to come in to learn to box....he had a neck on Him like tyson...after he showed it us we started using it in our training and if i recall it burned like hell lol ...
who wants to put a heavy object on their heads and have this heavy workout i would never do it,if i am getting paid a six figure salary then i will do it but to build up neck muscles for free noway, not this guy,not today and not tomorrow

If you have watched the last 24/7 episodes, its also possible to do it with a normal rope. Its nice to see the mexicans doing it the oldscool way.
i just hang the weight on an octopus strap or something similar, wrap in it a towel, hold it in my teeth and life my head up and down. like the sound of that six inces of the ground one as well.
