2pac, DEFINATELY overrated. Weak rhymes, lyrics. Voice changing and ****. Very overrated.

I will always enjoy Pac's music, Although I enjoy his earlier stuff more than his Death Row albums, I still consider All Eyez on Me a classic album. Pac wasnt the punchline or big words rapper, but listen to his early **** and you can tell he had a ton of skill. He was poetic on the mic. The overrated questions are tough because I can go either way. To me Ill have him in my 10-15 G.O.A.T. in hip hop.

what is the criteria for being an overrated rapper? i think ur treating tupac in the same breath as jay-z who is an MC, tupac may not have the illest rhyme patterns of flow but his rapping came from the heart and certainly he is not overrated he is an icon
