Greatest beats and greatest writers ever! Actually there are better out there but I love these guys and their whole crew (Show & AG, Drez of the Back Sheep, etc). I'm surprised their last album 'The Ownerz' never took off. They've been in the game forever, but don't seem to command much respect. I was at a party and I said I was into gang starr and this guy goes "Gang Starr?! those guys are coffee shop *****s." If anyone would care to explain what that means I'd appreciate it. What are your thoughts on these guys?

Hell yea I'm for real! Everyone I talk to is always either 1)bashing them or 2) claiming they never heard them! I think its bull**** I love everything they put out.
