my best watch is the one my uncle mike left me, the elgin, and seikosha he bought in the 50s, on leave from the korean war...

i used to collect fountain pens, and useless stuff like that.. things you pay for, but can't sell for anywhere near what you paid..

and a timex, my dad bought me, when i greaduated high school, the first in my family to do that.. at that time.. now.. everyone goes to college..

You should look at the Seiko Premier watch range. I have one similar to this and it looks and feels great. It is solid though so beware....weighs around 175g.

I don't normally like rose gold watches but that is really nice. Seiko make some lovely timepieces especially those moonphases.

i got a collection of straps.. alligator.. etc.. my wife used to work for hermes, and other big companies.. some watch companies.. my problem with non platinum woven metal bands is.. i am in japan.. high humidity so you know my problem. watches and natural bands stick to my old wrist, and lose shape.. then they stink... i get my patek serviced when i get money... i do not even wear it.. can't afford the service.paneri egypt navy i believe watch.. very limited and very out of my price range.. .

I stick with Wenger and Victorinox Swiss Army tbh. I’m not a baller like that. Plus I feel they make some awesome looking watches.
