Well you don't have to go to a parallel universe for torture and other bad things
Happening all too often on this planet due to who's in charge.

But the Multiverse and split world concepts are fascinating.But some of this, like the double slit experiments are verifiable.
I read, years ago, the book "The End of Time" that you might like, or maybe there's a video of that too.
The governing equations don't specify an arrow of time and it appears to be an illusion. Check that out.

True, you just have to strengthen yourself and find other psychological techniques, maybe even medication. Then help out a bit yourself thats all u can do to pragmatically solve that problem, regarding the nasty things that happen in this world.

The key is not trying to change the impossible or uncontrollable, because then you just suffer for nothing ie your suffering doesn't fix the problem and only hurts you. So its good to just get rid of it then do a bit to help.
