This ****** Idea That The 1% Somehow Stole Money From Everyone Else To Become Rich

Here is the list of the top 5 wealthiest Americans.

    1. Jeff Bezos $114 billion Amazon
    2. Bill Gates $106 billion Microsoft, Cascade Investment
    3. Warren Buffett $80.8 billion Berkshire Hathaway
    4. Mark Zuckerberg $69.6 billion Facebook
    5. Larry Ellison $65 billion Oracle

Nobody forces People to use and buy Amazon products, but they overwhelmingly do. No one forces people to buy Microsoft laptops, but majority overwhelmingly do. And no one forced you to make a Facebook account, but 99% of you have one. You are the reason these people have all this wealth, and you give it to them willingly and then complain about them having it. Walking talking contradiction.

I was watching a video of the brain dead folks on The Young Turks as they were ragging against the wealthy and how no one should be a billionaire while highlighting their Apple Mac Books and Iphones. Mind you Mac Books and Iphones are the priciest pieces of equipment in their respective electronic field. They ragged on UBER because they dont pay their workers benefits while in the same exact video admitting that they used UBER to get to work! Walking and talking hypocrites, this is what the left is.

If anything they deserve more and we should be grateful if any crumbs come back down to us

Society is the reason why they have this money, it is not natural law.

So why has society allow them to accumulate so much wealth.

Isn't govt. meant to do the best for all society.

Do having all these multi-billionaire are a positive for society or just those that have the money?

they will insist that they are positive for society

like the TS said... no one forced you to make a Facebook account, or forced you to buy a I-phone

they should obviously bear most - if not all... of the tax burden

then... they would actually benefit society

Never had a an i-phone or a facebook account.

Many of these companies also use tax loopholes and don't pay their share.

It is natural law, those that sow the most profitable fruit get to reap the most profitable rewards. Government is meant to protect our rights and ensure our safety, government has absolutely no business in determining who should be wealthy or not.

The top 20% of income earners pay 87% of all income tax, the top 1% pay 50% of all the tax.

                .
Nothing natural about it, it not the way human operate or any other animals.

Government job is to run society.

Democracy is the form of govt. we have where the people chose representatives to decided what is best for society.

If they determined these people are too wealthy and want to take their money they can.

We live in a constitutional Republic that uses a ********ic process to elect officials, but by definition USA is not a full blown Democracy. We have certain rights per the constitution that 51% of people cannot ever vote to remove as would be the case in a typical democracy.

And with that being clear, our government is not here to run our society, its here to be a check and balance on certain wrong doing but if you read the federalist papers and the letters from founding fathers on why they created our government, it's purpose was the furthest thing from running our society.

The constitutions is not written in stone, it can be overturned by the people and by the elected officials.

Who do you think makes the laws of society, the tax laws, the criminal laws?

You are allowed freedom as long as you stay in those laws, you break them and your right get restricted.

If the govt. decided to tax 95% on any earning over 10 million, it is legal and not against the constitution.

Elected officials job is to serve society, to do the best for society, or what they think that is.
