Hip Hop vs. Alternative Rock, what do you prefer?

I listen to everything even country music, its just how my ears want to hear. Sometime (I drive alot) ill be bumping straight real gangster rap and on the way back ill be listening to the eagles, or I will be listening to Mexican music and on the way back Ill be listening to alternative. I usually only listen rap in the city.

What kind of rock do people listen to these days? I’m not a huge rock guy but stuff like Pink Floyd Led Zeppelin Alice In Chains etc. I can get down with that. Is there any “classic?groups like that anymore

I was always a rock/metal/country/Jazz/blues/pop fan before I ventured into hip-hop and rap territory (I am a long time guitarist after all). The embracing of the latter is still very new to me 1 years later but I prefer that over the rock stuff nowadays.
