Chicago never had any "unique" issues with Gun Violence or crime....

The same **** that goes on in Chicago goes on in a bunch of other cities that are cheap/moderately expensive to live in (St Louis, Philly, Baltimore, Washington DC, Oakland, New Orleans, Detroit, Miami, Houston etc)....

NYC/LA/Boston/San Fran are 4 of the safest big cities (probably because they are so expensive to live in)....

If there were already trending down and there is no specific policy to point to then how can you give ***** any credit for something that was already happening?
