Black guy(Yves Edwards) gets offended that someone accused Fox Sports of hiring black people just to appear more diverse. Says he's offended because that implies that they weren't hired based on their skill.

Yet black ppl accuse companies of hiring white people based on race and not skill. Same with Oscars. Even when deserving actors get nominated, black people complain that not enough black people were nominated.

All of a sudden it's controversial when Brandan Schaub(white) says that but if a black person says it then it's ok.

It's also taboo to say that about ***s too, that they are hired for their race, but not for whitey which is so ironic given that Affirmative Action fuccs white males over the most (as well as Asian males with S.A.T. scores) - as it gives precedence to minorites - so females are favoured over males and '**********' are favoured over the 'majority' = YT.

There's an easy way to stop all these accusations from every side - do away with Affirmative Action and hire people strictly on merit, which is what people did before AA because in a capitalist society you don't purposely fucc with your profit margins just to not hire someone of a certain race / gender.

This isn't really a racial topic is the thing. I dig Schaub & like I brought up when this first got mentioned, cuz I listened to his remarks in real time & was like "huh...wait what", this is like Rogan said. Schaub talks too f#cking much & cuz he's doing a podcast every day he's gotta come up with material + ideally some shocking controversial or attention getting material at that.

Thats what this is about. Cuz if Schaub actually believes those guys aren't among the best people to be talking about MMA he's a an idiot. And I know Schaub isn't an idiot. He's just a mfer who don't know when to stfu or a guy who has a great filter on thinking something & not just spitting it out if it don't make sense. He's done this sorta sh^t a million times with smaller sh^t & gets called out on it when he's with smarter dudes all the time.
