I have zero sympathy for people who kill themselves... So some idiot girl talks smack and you kill yourself. Life is too precious, so if your an idiot and kill yourself, who cares...

We can use the insane defense for murderers I think we could find a way to fit it into this gray area.

Man I can't even, I read through some of the document that the bottom and it's just so ****ing sick. She goes out of her way to ask if he's gonna go through with it several times, tells him what he needs to get to pull it off, tells him it's a good idea and stays on the phone with him to talk through his doubts until it was over.

And then she turns around and acts like she has no idea what happened, saying **** like "Is there any way a portable generator can kill you somehow because he said he was getting that and some other tools at the store" to other people knowing full dam well it was her that told him to get a generator.

I think I'm just gonna go read something pleasant before I go to sleep, I can't possibly let this be the last thing I see before bed.

Like I mentioned in my previous post, she was on the phone with him when he was second guessing it and got out of the car. Her description of what happened next was "I ****en told him to get back in". She didn't just passively suggest he kill himself, rather she stayed on the phone and talked him through it until he was dead.

This was a death that could very well have been avoided if she didn't play such an active role in encouraging him, and if he got professional help he may have been able to get past his suicidal thoughts all together.

**** on. This kid clearly had problems but this ***** really helped him over the edge. She should have told his family or encouraged him to seek help. Instead, she got a kick out of the whole thing as if his life was a game. She loved the power of it all. She had his life in her hands when he got out of the car and she told him to get back in. This ***** is sick in the head and doesn't belong in society.

I think some of you guys wouldn't be so emotional about this if it was a guy that told him to kill himself. He would be labelled weak and a beta and none of you would care.

I don't think any of this will ever hold up in court, messed up but you cannot charge someone FOR NOT convincing someone to not kill themselves. This one is a weird grey area, but when those grey areas show up, they usually dont set new precedents lightly so it may get tossed out.

I'm well aware of the weaknesses of most laws in the world and how loopholes like this can be exploited. Nevertheless I wasn't saying that those 3 examples would play out like that, I'm saying that's what should happen. You have to do something to try to stop a suicide, do nothing and you get charged, encourage it and you get hit with first degree murder.

Yes just because she didn't use a gun or knife to kill somebody doesn't mean she didn't commit a murder. It's 2015, you can get this done now just by pressing on the buttons of a tiny machine which is how she did it. She needs to get life without parole if she can't get the death sentence.
