Doesn't really happen like that, because of societal norms. When they're legal at 16, it's just assumed that if they want to ****, they'll do it with fellow 16-year-olds.

It does sound weird (and, now I'm in my 40s, young), but if they were legal in the US at that age tomorrow, you wouldn't go into a school, would you? Society dictates behaviour even over the law.

Man, I don't know. I was a real horndog when I was single. If 16 was the age of consent back then you'd probably find me cruising around the high schools chasing tail.
