My first experience of NY a few months ago was that id never seen so many loud homless people before. In London they dont say anything. It just seemed like people were overall more vocal there.

Being born and raised in the greatest city in the world I can say with confidence.........Pretty much lol. It isn't a vast amount but there is a good section of guys that have no off switch and have no issue approaching any woman they see.
