The most ironic point of all is that the ****** asking for 'tolerance' don't have any for anyone unwilling to accept sodomy.

if there was a show about Mexican strawberry pickers and people called them '****s' or 'beaners' would people flinch or pretend it was nothing?

imagine if they made a show about blacks and they used the 'n-word' or 'pickaninny', 'coon' or 'watermelon' or god forbid they did a show about ***s and called them 'kikes or 'heebs'...

I personally do not have an issue with what he said. It mostly comes down to the ignorance that people preached to him his whole life.

Like Chief said, tolerance is a 2-way street. I have nothing against gay people at all. That is my choice though, I don't think my way because others tell me to like or dislike them. I have simply become more mature and tolerant of others who behave differently as I have gotten older.

That being said, A&E will cave first, because Money rules everything, and Duck Dynasty is one of the highest rated programs on TV and a treasure chest for A&E.

A&E will make their fake stance, but when the chips fall, The show will be back, getting higher ratings than ever and they will even probably script a show around the dudes belief to try to find middle ground.

Manipulation of language is a big part of it. If they associate fudgepacking and fecal matter with something flowery and nice like the word gay, it softens peoples opinion on their disgusting lifestyle.

If people actually saw what ****** do in the bedroom, 'gay' would be the last word that would pop in their mind and the whole concept of them being 'equal' to straight couples would seem just as ridiculous.

Which is why if you hate your boss you can simply come up to him and call him a "fcuking ****" and he cant fire you for it, it's just your opinion right?

He didn't try to insult anybody though, they asked him about his beliefs and he answered then followed up by saying he doesn't think anybody should be treated different because they are gay and he wouldn't treat them any different, its up to god to judge them, not anybody else.

People are always looking for something to complain about theses days and its going to continue because every time somebody gets their feelings hurt these days it turns into something like this and they get the attention they want and a bunch of people feel sorry for them.

The man wasn't trying to insult anybody and wasn't spreading hate, they need to relax and get off his back.
