    [HOLY S**T!] RightJabs ultimate health and fitness guide for morongs.

    Right today i'm dispelling a few myths to help us all clean our acts, bear with me....(not animal).

    Myth 1: If you're not perspiring you're not working hard enough.

    Truth 1: Your heart rate tells you much more about how fast you are burning calories. Sweating tells you how hot you are.


    Myth 2: Food you eat late at night is stored as fat.

    Truth 2: Too many calories make you fat, not the time you eat.


    Myth 3: Diet drinks are harmless.

    Truth 3: Artificial sweeteners make you crave food.Not good.


    Myth 4: Chocolate is bad for you.

    Truth 4: Yeah i know, but dark chocolate has lots of cocoa solids - which are good for your heart, brain, and libido, so then you want to smash loads of broads.


    Myth 5: Shaving makes your hair grow back even faster and thicker.

    Truth 5: Errr no, hair is dead, so cutting it away is not going to have any effect.



    Myth 6: Too many eggs raise your cholesterol levels.

    Truth 6: If you fry the ****s all the time yeah, most other ways of cooking them are ok, especially poaching them (assuming you know what classiness is).

    Thats 84% of my knowledge on this topic that i've shared, everyone add shit in and we can all learn from each other and flourish as a community.

    i'm fat , constantly drunk and also stoned 24/7...........eat nothing but sweeties and CoColate.

        I must stress this is not in the training section cause its health and well being (for complete mongoloids) so i left it here after much deliberation.

        I 2nd Hughs workout routine, i found semen can also make your skin more 'rose petal like' upon touch. That wasn't a myth.


        Also, i hate it when you have an itchy butt, scratch up there, forget about it, then 15 minutes later you pick your nose with said finger.... Just smells of **** for aaages, wash your hands afterwards guys! Another tip!

            What's your skin color number?



            Anything past a 10 and you just cant be very Theltic (unless perhaps you get some kind of creams that help with that problem).

              An anabolic window is not only 30 minutes after you workout. As long as you eat enough protein throughout the day it doesn't matter if you don't have a protein shake within 30 minutes of exercising

                    Spot reduction will help lose weight where I want to:
                    This falls in to the category of wishful thinking! Sorry, but spot reduction just doesn't work - in fact, liposuction is the only way to remove fat from a specific area!

                    If you do a million leg raises because you're worried about your flabby thighs, you are doing a resistance exercise for your legs, and they will grow bigger. So you will now have bigger, stronger, flabby thighs.


                    Fat belongs to the whole body, and to get rid of that fat, you have to increase the calorie demand on the whole body sufficiently to use that fat as fuel.

                    This is ground-breaking information guise..... Diagrams from MS Paint will be deployed in good time, i know of some good 'general' stances for regular fat morongs.
