It stands to reason, if you met over 100 Filipinos, like I have, then at least a few of them should have it.
I've met thousands of Filipinos and have hundreds of Family members and not one of them are lactose intolerant.
If you're gonna call somebody ignorant at least learn how to spell first that's just as dumb as somebody saying "your ******".

Instead of milk I eat a lot of yogurts the plain greek yogurt, and I also drink Kefir and take probiotics, everyone should be taking their probiotics aka good bacteria you need that stuff in your colon.

Milk is great for babies and kids and teens but as you get older its not as good.
I wouldn't drink SOY milk either, that is an estrogen bomb for real bad for men, makes you soft and get girly boobs.
I drink Coconut milk and almond milk, but its important to get the coconut and almond milks that do not contain thickeners, get all organic.
You guys should look up Uclerative Coilitis, its some serious stuff that many Americans have and it develops from people who eat a lot of fast foods, and processed foods, and foods that are hard to digest naturally. Milk is one of those, basically you get oily stools, you get loose stools, and inflamed colon and intestines. People sometimes don't realize they have UC until they start seeing symptoms like bloody stools and painful side, some even just get the symptoms later like in their 20s and 30s. There are other inflammatory bowel diseases so just be careful and stop eating at fast food joints that serve re-fried beans or hamburger and taco meats with a lot of unnatural preservative chemicals.
Eat clean guys, if you eat meats eat the fresh steak and grill that, eat chicken, salmon, fish, lots of fiberous foods and veggies, lower your carb intake and try to eliminate sodas, artifical colored and sweetened candies, and def stay away from white bread and starchy foods.
