I just saw that Hakeem was on the 1996 Dream Team II but why wasn't he on the 92 team?

He wasn't a citizen but even if he was he wouldn't have made the team. In 1992 the Rockets didn't make the playoffs and the team's 2 centers Ewing (ALL NBA First Team) and David Robinson (Defensive Player of the year) would have gotten his slot. With all that said he is better than both of them.
