Uh no, Iv'e had that happen to me before and I slammed their ass. Just because they get their arms around you first doesn't mean crap, if you are stronger or/and know how to grapple or wrestle you can throw them off real quick.

The kid running his mouth doesn't know how to fight. The moment where the white kid said "alright lets go" and didn't put his hands up is more than enough of sign to drop down quick because he's gonna either gonna go with a tackle/headlock or a TD.

              He just let it happen.

You're just some but hurt grappling enthusiast. In the rare case that someone would somehow get them off them "real quick", the positioning they would probably be in would call for more overly-ones-sided-advantageous grabbing and holding.
Why bring up the "well if they knew how to do this and that" argument as if they are trained grapplers? That kid was obviously a wrestler, but I'm/we're speaking for the general population if they were to be in a street fight. Face it, street fights last less than 20 seconds. The time it takes to apply a technique or skill taught through some art would need much more time, patience, suited environment, and a lot less amplified testosterone levels that would only make someone expend nervous energy in place of focus. Especially when you don't know when someone is going to pull something out of their arsenal given the probably enclosed environment. Look at that video, you couldn't tell what that kid was going to do. He didn't even squad up. He just wanted to get his tackle in when he least expected it because he didn't want the fight to officially start. He wanted the upper hand.
It's annoying coming across people like you who expect a sense of "credibility" by saying you have done it before. This is the internet. Pics or it didn't happen.

You tried to argue something and I replied. Also a common trick posters use instead of admitting defeat. "You wrote all that, that actually means you lose".
