I used to post on boxrec before I found out about this place as well. As soon as I found boxingscene, I basically stopped posting over there. It takes forever for anyone to reply over there and it's a much slower pace.

That's BS that you got banned for that. I'm guessing that Poncey is the **** who banned you? That's a pretty weak reason to ban someone.

poncey did ban me but it was asterix who kept banning me whenever i tried to go back under a different username...he said all the mods had all voted to permanently ban me.....place is a dive anyway...other then checking records the place is useless...

Yeah, I love it for checking out boxer's records but the forum is a total dive.

Basically you get points for posting. The more letters in your post, the more points you get for each post. You can also get points by betting with other members. If you win a bet, they pay you. If you lose, you pay them. Nobody enforces this so try to bet with respectable posters. You can donate points by going to the vbPlaza on the toolbar under your username.

You've only put 100 points in lol. To put 100k in you need to type 100000.
