Plz be serious, I'm asking for advise.
There is this g*y guy at the gym where I train. Lets call him G*ytorade to make things understandable. I didn't know he was a h*mo so we greeted eachother once and started talking a little bit. We talked about the gym, some good exercises to perform and other random ****.
A couple of weeks ago when I was at the gym, me and some guy were talking and this guy tells me that G*ytorade is g*y. I was stunned and didn't believe him because the guy doesn't look like the typical h*mo***ual. So the guy calls his friend and he confirms that G*ytorade is indeed g*y. G*ytorade lives in their neighbourhood and he has been seen with some other g*y dudes.
So this is my problem. I don't want to talk to G*ytorade anymore because I feel uncomfortable when talking to a h*mo***ual. I don't really hate h*mo***uals but I just don't want anything to do with them. Because I have greeted him in the beginning and we sometimes talk (nothing special just random talk like how is it going and stuff) I always have to greet him now because it would be mean and weird if I suddenly stop greeting him. Now whenever I'm at the gym and he is there as well I try to avoid eye contact but it's very difficult because the gym isnt that big. So when we do see eachother I just say hi and move on. But I don't even want to greet him anymore.
How do I avoid making contact with him? Should I just avoid eye-contact and ignore him even when he speaks with me? Or should I tell him what's up? What should I do?
