Never seen a show quite like it. An "anti-hero" type killer who was born in blood, and had the urge to kill since a young age. Dexter satisfies his hunger for blood by killing other murderers, who happen to kill innocent victims, unlike Dexter himself, who lives and kills by a code.

And the writing is brilliant.
