    Nice reflexes.

    And damn, that taser worked for about a second or so on that dog, that's about it. At least it took the fight out of it.

          Well the taser worked for five seconds which is how long the initial shock lasts. Once the shock goes you're back to normal immediately.

          Hell of a lot better than pepper spray though.

          And that dog should be put down. The officer should have shot it.

            I don't know pig, they said it was only 6 months old.

            Maybe with new owners and good training it could be rehabilitated.

            Rott's are great dogs.

              Rottweilers are great dogs but I'm not sure this one has a very conscientious owner. I suspect that the chain it was on is not designed to hold the dog on the lawn.

                  i feel bad that dogs get all the blame and get killed because of dumbass owners who dont know how to raise them.

                  Dogs are only as bad as the owners allow them to be.

                  i have owned two Rotts...neither of which were ever a problem because we knew how to raise them.
