CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry died Thursday, one day after suffering injures in a fall from the back of a pickup truck, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said. He was 26.

Police on Wednesday described the incident as a domestic dispute with his fiancée. Henry was found in the road about eight miles north of downtown Charlotte.

Nevermind, I know the answer is nil. All of the media outlets just parrot one another.


I'd just like to know the connection between a domestic dispute with one's fiancée (can we just get rid of these ****ing french words already? Or at least change the damn spellings?) and being thrown out of a pick-up truck.

There's a bit of a gap in information here is all I'm saying.


And without a doubt, this is very unfortunate. I did not personally know who the man was prior to this event, but he is clearly someone who people look up to, and irregardless, dying in such horrible circumstances is tragic to say the very least.
