I’m definitely a poker fan! I mostly enjoy tournaments because I love the excitement of working my way through the field, but I do mix in cash games when I’m feeling like a more laid-back session. As for where I play, home games are my favorite—there’s just something about the atmosphere with friends. I’ve had some decent wins over the years, but nothing huge, just enough to keep me hooked!Comment

I play mostly hold 'em because it is what is most available. I prefer Omaha because it is more fun.
Tournaments are a much safer bet because you know in advance how much you can lose. You are essentially eliminated those times when your luck is so bad you might otherwise have stayed in a cash game for a whale of a loss.
House games are definitely more fun because there is no one to censor speech.Comment

I play quite often with pals and at a local amateur poker ,league daily tournaments. Prize is $20 gift at the bar so no big deal.
Texas hold 'em, Omaha are biggest games. Play a lot of wild card games with the plas like Follow the Queen, etc.Comment
