Red - That's not how finals/ World Series are looked at. There is a reason MVP are given out for the finals. All the records and spectacular performances in the playoffs that LeBron, Kobe or KD had, if they didn't show it in the finals, that was a blight on them.

im not even talking about MVP!! you acted like ohtani wasnt a factor... i was pointing out to you that without ohtani, dodgers wouldnt have made it to the WS, of course freeman is the WS MVP. but let's not act like ohtani didnt play a big role in the regular and playoffs when freeman was nowhere to be found. i know it's hard to see an asian dominating the sport... oh well, get use to it! LOL

Blue - Don't try that with me, I usually root for foreigners in American sports leagues. I happy a Japanese is starring up the MLB but the hype can be a bit too much.

your comments say otherwise.. starting from our first convo on who should win the MVP, you downplay shogoat already, then even after making it to the WS and winning it. you still downplay shogoat by bringing up freeman but freeman was nowhere to be found prior to the WS..........

But he didn't tick off any of the bare HOF minimums.

You do it because you can afford it. That's what happens when they is no salary cap. Also when you easily make money by doing insider trading, you can splash the cash like that.
