Every 4-20 they hold a huge gathering by the beach right where I live(see pic of past event).

It's non-permitted now, but they do it anyway...and today it rained ALL DAY...LOL. It poured nonstop, and it was cold and windy. And many obnoxious kids showed up for the equivalent of the Spring-Break for potheads event regardless, to get their daddies cars towed and ticketed (about a $200 combined expense), because there would be nowhere to legally park, when they could have just stayed home and be warm and dry, and get high in their parents basements. I don't usually like the rain, but today I loved it. Those who took the bus couldn't even get on, because the buses were too full. All they could do is stand outside in the cold, windy rain and wait for one with enough room to eventually come by. Potheads are ****** wastes of life.
