Don’t expect her to call…if/when she texts, turn the charm on….its easier for females to just text or email instead of talking right away…that’s awkward...they’re more open to having that ‘texting’ boundary and are more likely to communicate

She doesn't smoke, and neither do I.

Jacky, she comes into my bank every once in a blue moon to get some change for their store. She's not a complete stranger, but I really don't know her. Freaking girl makes my knees weak when she comes on.

Mak, I like the note idea but I don't know what she drives or if she drives. I think I'd rather do a bit of a more direct approach. A female coworker offered to go try to play Cupid... but I don't know that I'm down with that idea. I hear chicks find it a bit of a turn-off.

Savino and Mangler, I like the direct approach... but I don't know what to say. That's what gets me... I can man up for a few seconds and talk to her without passing out, but I don't know what to say since I don't know her too well

personally, i prefer the direct approach but that note trick worked for me once...just keep your cool when you finally talk to her and be straight up...ask for her status and if she's single, throw out a dinner-date offer....

Given the social situation you're in, I would start off slow, especially since you seem to dig her a lot.

Make small idle chit chat w/ her when she's in the bank about random **** and try and develop a rapport. Play it cool and don't even let her know you're into her.

You just wanna talk to her and get some information about her.

Once you develop a rapport the rest will come much easier. You don't wanna just approach her cold w/ some bull**** line. Chicks hate it and hate it even more for the lack of creativity.

If she's worth anything, take your time and develop it a bit before you bring in the heavy artillery.
