Well, we've already got the Special Olympics. Why can't we have a Transsexual Olympics? It's unfair for females to have male to female Transsexuals to compete with them, as we have seen with the Transsexual female who is rewriting records as a swimmer. It's unfair for Transsexual males to have to compete with those born as males.

It could be done during the regular Olympics, which would double the number of medals since you'd have males, females, transsexual males and transsexual females. I can't help but to think this would draw huge numbers of viewers. Then there would be no question of fairness to everyone. We could have even have subcategories for different levels transsexuals. A category 1 transsexual female would have male genitalia removed. A category 2 would be just hormone suppression but still with male genitalia.

It's practically 2022. Open your eyes, people! It's time to have inclusiveness and fairness for all athletes.
