Dude, you have to see Northern California. Valejo prime example lol. Messicans is having the same problemas other stable family groups are having... Yes the parents are stand up people but their kids are becoming Nortanos, serranos, etc. The Mission here in San Francisco you cannot wear certain colors otherwise some Messican youth will approach you and ask "Heeeey Homie? where yu from?" Oakland has some bad areas as well...

Back in the late 90’s and 2000’s Mexican gangs ran off most of the black gangs from Los Angeles and other west coast cities. There is a much smaller presence now as Mexican and other Latin gangs have taken over.
