AVB might be the worst manager in Europe.

It is all relative and this dude has been given multi-million pound squads and managed to create the poorest Chelsea team in a decade and this Spurs' team are ****e and I have maintained this from about week 2 in the season. Last year he lucked out and had Bale smashing 30 yard winners all over the shop.

What he loves to do is find out who his absolute slowest player in his squad is and make him defend on the halfway line. He then likes to squeeze up the pitch so that his players play in tight spaces at a slow tempo whilst the opposition can get in on his teams own back 4 with one pass.

Baffling.

They bought about 7 players and yet didn't realize that the LB area was obviously their weak spot, the options they have there aren't even top half championship level. Unless he planned on playing Vertonghen at LB all along, which is daft. Assou-Ekotto is a better option than either Naughton or Rose, and he's ****.

AVB builds teams around players like Hulk/Bale who will cut inside and hit them from miles out. There's no specific attacking system that he actually follows in terms of creating chances.

I remember when people said Paulinho was a better signing than Fernandinho. Lol.
