Interesting times at Chelsea. I have said throughout last season I wouldn’t mind if we bought nobody as long as there was a plan in place to integrate youth and loanees.

RLC, Van Ginkel, Tammy, Ampadu, Hudson-Odoi, Mount, James, Da Silva. Even Passalic. That’s 9 players who could be in the first team squad. At the expense of Cesc, Pedro, Luiz, Tibo, Baka or Drinkwater, potentially Marcos Alonso, Morata, Willian.

If there was plan you’re talking hundreds of millions in transfer fees and wages freed up. With the club running at a profit they could then turn around and say ok Lewandowski here’s 300k a week, or Arturo Vidal. And if they turn Chelsea down then fine but don’t move down the list.

Ultimately we could compete with City but not if they keep going down the list

That's the issue at Chelsea.

The director has no clue about the actual "footballing" part of football. She only sees finances, clauses, and price tags.

While the club as a whole, lack a definitive business plan.

Club is run like it's a small business. Always changing the 5 year plan every 3rd quarter.

Yeah we're not ****ing about this transfer window. Shocked we got Fabinho, massive upgrade on Henderson. Keita is meant to be class, a top goalie should be coming and Fekir also looks nice. Add in a backup winger like Dembele or Pulisic and we're looking healthy for next season. Will be some task tryna beat your lot for the title doe.

Also agree with my boy engleby...reckon City would have smashed Real had they got to the final. Jammy bastards most certainly won't be winning a fourth in a row that's for sure.

Also that Alisson must be class if he's keeping Ederson out the starting 11 for Brazil?!

Well jell of Ederson tbh...City hit the jackpot with that lad, he's quality. Don't know if it's just me but watching him he's got a proper solid aura about him lol...unlike most other keepers where you feel they've got a mistake in them. I know he made a couple against us but tbf those were from him taking the piss.

Didn't get the same feeling watching Alisson against us but anything is an upgrade on that bum Karius. I'd even consider giving Mignolet another chance with big VVD in front of him than Karius. Cvnt needs to stick to Instagram modelling and pack footy in.

The same guy who told me about Fabinho has also confirmed Oblak negotiations almost finished.. £68.5m over 5 seasons apparently. Not bad for the best keeper in the world who could be with us for 10 years minimum.
