He handed them over. They came and looked at the rest of the stuff and told him how to store and lock it properly. Then they turned around and raided for the very same documents they told him to lock up. They could have just asked him to turn them over along with the other docs, but didnt.

If the documents they looked at were still classified and ***** lied of course they went back and raided. We'll find everything out when the investigation is complete. I'd lean towards the FBI knowing there was classified docs over *****s word though.

A POTUS can declassify what he wants except for certain things such as nuclear secrets. It could mount up to some bureaucratic crap, but ultimately ***** did nothing illegal.

As a VP, however, ***** did not have that authority. So interesting to see where that story goes.
