no, as long as its downloaded on the console, its available to all accounts

ex. i downloaded the COD4 map packs onto my brother in laws PS3 under MY account, but when he plays on his account it still works for him

also, there was a demo or something that was only available in the UK, so i used my UK account to DL and install it, then played it under my regular account

So are you saying if I make an US account and go wherever you go to input the codes and I then play the game on my main account the DLC will still work.
