N64: Goldeneye, Super Smash Brothers, Zelda; Ocarina of Time
PS: Twisted Metal 1/2, and FFVII
PS2, Gamecube, PS3, Xbox360, Xbox: Meh, not too many and none overly worth mentioning except Mech Assault for Xbox.
PC: Rainbow Six ROgue Spear, WoW, Mechwarrior 2; Mercenaries, Rollercoaster Tycoon.

Dreamcast - virtua tennis, MSR, Soulcalibur.
PS2 - nothing, I never really played on it (edit GT4, pro evo)
PC - Civilization II, Championship manager, UFO enemy unknown, Command and Conquer red alert 1, Half life

In bold are my top 5 games of all time. Some are personal, but UFO unknown for example is an all time great. Get it for your PC now and play it. The same for the civilization games.

I think Deus Ex is the greatest PC game of all time but i have heard great things about UFO Enemy Unknown, but just never got round to ever purchasing it.
