I do not get why not more Top 10-5 boxers go for the IBF mandatory position, it is clearly the easiest one and with the organisation that enforces the mandatory the stricktest... Like why didn't Benavidez, Morrel or Buatsi go for the IBF instead of the other belts... they would have gotten the first...
