what was your diet , and what exersize did you do?
i lost 2.5kg in about 10 mins once
i went out running with my sweat suit on on a boiling hot day with a jumper on.
i had to stop half way though i was gonna pass out.
i felt so drained after that.
i've been training hard and eating well but i still think losing a stone in a week is unnatural.
hmm ... i smell bull ****.
nope not bull**** im telling the truth here. I weighed myself on my scales in the bathroom last week and was 12 stone and a slight bit and today i weighed myself after dinner on those scales again and was 11 stone exactly.
I heard someone lost a few stone in a day and died a few hours later... don't know about a stone lost in a healthy way in 1 week though..
