I just started to get into boxing and I'm really diggin' it. Does anyone know if this will make my upper body more muscular and defined? I'm new to all this *stuff* (hah) but I can't wait. I try for 5 sets of 5 minute sessions on my bag every morning. Can someone lay out a good workout for me? Thanks guys!
