just wondering how many exercises do you guys do for each muscle group when doing calisthenics?? since I've just started boxing I was thinking would it be a good idea to mix up my calisthenic exercises along with my boxing training when I'm down at the gym? what we do is we got a round timer, we do whatever we're doing (skipping,shadowboxing etc.) for the entire round then when the 30s/1min rest period hits we drop down and do situps and stuff. Should I do all my bodyweight exercises in this kind of way?
