Done my first sparring session in months...

Forgot how exhausting and tiring it could be. Yet, I thought I was fit but the conditioning of doing rounds is very exhausting, I feel mentally and physically exhausted. I suppose there is different levels of fitness in the sport of Boxing.

You could be "fit" but "fighting fit" is a whole different ball game. Respect to those who train and get inside the square circle (if you're a fighter, you know what the square circle actually stands for) - it's not as easy as it seems and looks.

Was good to get back in there, love the sport of boxing, not as fit as I was before and doing it makes me want to continue to get back into tip-top conditioning.

Well done! All that work takes guts, and it sounds like you put it on the line. Respect.

Hahaha no need to watch videos of me sparring, gas out and a bit rusty lol.

Was good to get back in there though, hoping to do more to get better and into tip top conditioning.

Wasn't it true James Toney only sparred for part of his career?

When he was fat but could still go rounds?

There was a interview with Freddie Roach, where he stated? All James Toney wants to do is spar, and he can spar all day 'Roach said that Toney had some sort of natural ability to just spar continuously'.

So you are probably referring to the time when James Toney was training with Freddie Roach 'I used to watch quite a lot of interviews over at the max boxing site etc' Some of their video's have shown up on youtube, but not all of them.

Steve Collin's has also stated that James Toney was the most naturally gifted fighter he had ever trained with 'Which bothered Roy Jones Junior' In the video below you can hear Roy Jones's response to that opinion briefly.
