    Everyone asking for advice...

    Do yourselves a favor: Start off by stating what your training goal is. Do you want to box? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to have big arms? Do you want to have a fat ass?

    The answers to your training questions greatly depend on this. There's nothing more annoying on this board, than wasting time telling someone how to best get fit for a fight, and then it turns out they just want to look bigger in the mirror, or the other way around.

    State your goals first, you'll have a much better chance of actually getting the information you need!
