What do you want to do cardio for? Weight loss? Conditioning? No one can give you a functional answer if we don't know what your goal is.

Do cardio, e.g. jogging, after the workout. Otherwise you will be sloppy and careless in your finesse work. Do calf stretches....

In the summer when I have lots of time, I usually do them after my workouts or whenever I have time. During school with limited time, I try to do it early in the morning.

the time of day doesn't matter, but you'll hear people telling you it's best to do it in the morning. that's not really true, considering there are just as many studies done by credible people against it than for it, but the main thing they all agree on is just to do it. just don't do cardio soon after eating a big meal or right before going to bed and you'll be fine. also, don't say that you have pretty good stamina, because if your asking this question than chances are that you don't, and regardless there are plenty of people in better shape than you.

Exactly. People spend too much time worrying about what time of day to do it and whether to eat or not before it, etc. Just do it.

Hence the reason I said not the best. I am by no means in the best shape, probabaly not in good shape at all. What I meant to say was I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, which really isn't saying much. Just thought I'd clear up that I'm not being ****y.
