Push and pull. As one shoulder goes forward, the other pulls back and increases the power of the rotation. Keep this centered above your hips and don't constantly be on the balls of your feet. Learn when you plant your heels.
If you're mindful of your chin, it makes it a lot easier not to lean.

Tnx man! What about the muscle in the legs and core should they be flexed to max right before impact?

I believe that power is generated in the hips and the back leg, with the right hands. Your hips fire when the punch begins delivery. Bring your back foot up behind you and the punch lands at the precise time that your back foot does. Step in with the jab and step up with your back foot on the right hand. Ezzzy pzzzy………..Rockin'
