In order to calculate how much you need to eat to maintain 140 pounds, you need to calculate how many calories your body burns off.
Input your workout, and it will tell you how many calories you burn in a day from working out. First put in how active you are ex. sedentary etc. The amount of calories you burn should be matched with the amount of calories you take in, if you wish to maintain at 140 pounds.
