    My losing weight challenge

At the moment I'm 203lbs and most of my body contains fat still, I have a small line of a six pack growing and my arms are beginning to look more toned from what I've noticed. But my muscles still hide behind a lot of fat so I'm wanting to do a challenge so that I can be in the best shape for my fight.

So I've got 77 days until I do my WCB weigh in to determine who I'll be fighting the following week, how much weight can I lose in that time? It's all up to you, I like a challenge so don't go easy on me but at the same time don't comment a ****** amount of weight loss. Remember that I'm 6'2 and broad shouldered ish.

Every now and then I'll post pictures of my weigh ins in the comments and we'll see how much I can lose, ideally I want to fight at super middleweight but we'll see.

    Have fun guys.

You need to make sure you're healthy at whatever weight you fight at. I need to see how you look to tell you what I could imagine being a good weight for your body type. Also remember that your chin and punching power are huge factors when it comes to choosing the right weight class.

If you can't take a punch or can't get opponent's respect at let's say 175 lbs and you can make 168 healthy, you should definitely fight at 168. Just a little example.

I'll see what I can do about getting a picture of me asap, all my pictures I have on social media are old from when I was fat fat.

I'm wanting to go as low as possible because Heavyweights and Cruiserweights are all giants. I think 168 will be my goal so far, I mean if I can make it and there's less risks, why not. I'm unsure if I'll be able to cut 35 pounds in 2 and a half months though, seems a bit crazy so I may have to make my goal light heavyweight.

The only thing I can tell you is in your prior posts you are worried about fat % more than you should be.I can tell you go to the gym five days a week and every other week 6days.Between stretching jumping rope shadow boxing heavy bag and mitts sparing when you can running five days a week and sprints till you pass out on Saturdays and a good diet body fat is not going to be a problem.Thats how as a amateur in mid 70s to early 80s we trained .I know people don’t train like that now but it burns fat and your cardiovascular system will be in top form.Dont worry about it just train hard push yourself to the max to the point of exhaustion in running sparring don’t leave anything on the table.I read some guys who were complaining of being tired or feeling dead in their legs so they were taking days off and were only training four days and running three so I’m a dinosaur I don’t know what’s up anymore .

154 lbs - 164 lbs should be doable
