Is this a good training plan?

    -Monday: Boxing 2hrs
    -Tuesday: Boxing 2hrs
    -Wednesday: Rest
    -Thursday: Run 3 miles + Boxing 2hrs
    -Friday: HIIT
-Saturday: Weights + Run 5 miles
    -Sunday: Calisthenics + HIIT

Is this good? What changes would you do? Only 3 boxing classes a week...

For getting into shape and maintaining weight it sounds like a healthy active lifestyle. There is not enough there if your training for a fight.

I don't compete right now but I train a lot more than that. Are you fighting?

        Hi, I am not fighting.
How would you change my schedule if you could take 3 classes a week?

It looks good for what you have available.Ifought amateur 30 yers ago they trained different back then. They had us running 5days a week heavy sprints on Saturday off on Sunday.Gym work was 5days a week then every other Saturday gym work.No weights just massive amounts of push ups and pull ups ect.Our trainers were dinosaurs they were in there late60s 30 years ago.

That seems like good training, hopefully I can add more runs once school eases a bit on me.
Do you think sprint training is better than doing HIIT at home for 30mins?
The HIIT contains stuff like burpees, high knees, lunges, etc.

It's decent for someone who has been involved in the sport for a short time. How old are you and have you been in boxing for a while?

I would keep doing what your doing it sounds like you have a dedicated program.
