Heavy bag (6ft) has a hook for an ancor, can I hang the bag by that hook

so basically hang the bag upside down?

Or is it not strong enough that bottom hook?


Its a single loop at the bottom of the bag and there are 4 straps attatched to it and the bottom of the bag.


The chains I use to hang it keep falling off when the bag jumps. So they are useless
