how to land the southpaw right hook when I'm starting at longer range?

    Currently a 1-2-1 and 2b fighter. I need to start landing 3's

If you want a more basic approach.. you can just add a 3 instead of that jab at the end of your combo... 1-2-3 you can change the 2 up to the body.. 1-2b-3

you can do that combo (1-2b-3) on a heavy bag, and practice countering this same combo.. perry the 1, block the 2b then block the 3... soon as you block the 3 to the head.. counter with a 2-3-2

I'm uploading a video right now of me working on that exact situation ^^^ our coach had us throwing 1-2b-3.. then countering it on the bag... you should check it out
thanks where can I find your video
