Tears in the eye after getting punched.

I have a question, i can take a punch really well, but sometimes when i get punched, my eyes starts to water, my eyes starts burning and it makes very difficult to fight like that because interrupts the vision, i have allergies so i don't know if can be that.
Someone got the same problem or knows how to solve it?
    Thanks.

big fat cry baby. seriously though, it's plainly obvious that you haven't boxed much yet.

It happens to everybody at the beginning. if you stick with it the tears just stop. You be eating them square in the nose and you'll be laughing about it.

The tears just take a little time and they'll cease messing up your vision.

I've been boxing for 4 years now, that's why it's weird, because started not so much ago.

Do you use any solution in your eyes for allergies?
Also do you apply sun screen or any skin conditioner on your face?
If so you maybe getting a residual effect once your begin to strain your eyes while sparring and sweating adds to the problem.
Also ask if the headgear and spar gloves are treated with anything other than Vaseline.
