When I throw my right cross my foot comes with my hip.
But then when I throw my loaded left hook, my foot comes after my hip. So I cant get leg drive into the left hook very easily.
So when you throw a right cross you will notice your hips spin all the way around but your left leg/foot stays in the same place. Which means the left foot is now ahead of the left side of the hip as it comes back around again.
Which means the foot leg and hip arent in alignment making it harder to use the power from your leg for the left hook.
How do I solve this?
(isnt a problem for a non loaded left hook because the hip and foot are in alignment as in the hip isnt ahead or behind the foot its directly above it)
