Best way to prevent blisters on feet

I've been getting blisters on my right toe and ball of my right foot for a while now. It's due to rotating and pivoting. I wear boxing shoes and moisture wicking shoes but if I go hard and really push off on the bag or sparring for a couple rounds I'll still get the blisters. I've noticed it's mostly if I'm really sweaty and since I go bag or sparring last that's when it gets painful at time.

Any one have any recommendations? Maybe baby power would prevent the moisture?

    Change your socks haha..
Put on some talcum powder on your feet and then put on clean, dry socks after.. Maybe even some in your boots if their getting stinky (sweaty)

You are right, its sweat that is causing it.. Try the talcum powder and see how you get on....
Also if you walk to your club, try wearing different shoes and only wearing your boxing shoes when you get to the club ( if you don't already)

      Stephen had good advice.
I don't get them a lot but I find that if I wear certain socks, I get blisters but am less inclined toward it with others. Make sure you have some good, athletic socks that aren't too worn/compressed.

I train without shoes or socks. I started to get blisters on both my feet heels, balls, fingertips when I increased my running regime from 20 to 40 minutes. I run with some converse style shoes, they'r light.
They were really painful, soo i had to needle them. and after decreasing my running to 30 mins and taking easy they fade away.

Wear two socks. the inside should be a thin sock ( dress shoe type sock)and the other a thick one (sport sock). Blister happen because of the friction. and having two sock can minimize that friction.

            Talc is good advice

Also have your foot sized. If you have wide feet and are trying to wear a normal width shoe you will get blisters bad.

If every time you pivot your toe is grinding on the edge of the sole of your shoe because your feet are slightly wider than the sole you will get blisters.
