Will this training regimen lead to overtraining?

I am trying to get into boxing more seriously, and I came up with the following program:

    Workout A (lifting)
    3x5 squat
    3x5 bench
    3x5 deadlift

    Workout B (cardio)
    2-4 mile run
    abs

I am alternating between workout A and B, for a total of six days a week.

Normally, I wouldn't have any lifting, but I am trying to move up a couple weight classes and am trying to ensure the weight I add is lean muscle.

My main concern is that with squatting/deadlifting and also running this might be too much. What do you guys think?

Unless you do A AND B everyday you ain't working hard enough.

I do a little more than that just to stay in shape in my 30's. If I was trying to compete I would do one of those each morning, and another at night along with a full 2 hours of boxing training.

In other words step yo game up... Nah but if you're not use to it... Go at your own pace... Trying to hard will burn you out

You might be deadlifting a bit too much which could overload your CNS. Try only 2 times per weak. Everything else is alright. You should run as well on the days you lift. Better to do your work in one day (within reason) so you can give your body a day of rest.

Don't think you should be doing heavy power lifting if you want to take boxing seriously.

If your over training you'll feel it quick.

Weights will feel super heavy, you'll burn out quick, feel light headed, hungry all the time, will be tired.

If you feel weak and overtrained, just scale it back.

I know it's not the optimal thing, but I am also trying to bulk up

Sets of five won't really bulk you up. If you want to bulk up, you need to do more volume, about 8-12 reps per set. If you are doing this, make sure you are using explosive movements. If you will lift too slow, it will have a bad effect on the speed of your punches.
You should add exercises for your calves, shoulder exercises to increase the strength and endurance there and exercises for the foreams.

                  Workout B sounds ok.

Make sure to stretch well before training.

                  How to prevent overtraining:
                  - Carbs after training, to fuel the body and rebuild muscles.
                  - Eat your vegetables.
                  - Drink a lot of water.
                  - Sleep enough.
